Why doesnt the Toshiba Regza have a contrast ratio?

On toshiba's site & on bestbuy theres no contrast ratio? Can anyone solve this mystery for me?
its prolly coming down to that tv & a philips tv that is 3200:1 & 500cd.
Because it's not a plasma....that's what the ratio was originally designed for, comparing phosphor on Plasma TV sets....and of course LCD wanted a slice of that Plasma pie, so they started rating theirs to make Plasma manufacturers drop a load in their pants.....
But DLP didn't need to go that way....
DLPs contrast ratio is only limited by how FAST those mirrors can ON /OFF without flying apart.....
And the only thing that limits that... is the actual clock speed....
So you really can't compare that ratio when ALL DLPs can achieve the same ratio....
When you SELL....you want numbers that can BEAT the competition....not make your $7000 TV "just as good as" their $3000 TV set.....
I mean....That's WHY Mitsubishi is manufacturing the LASER DLP...
